Boating licence rules
Born on or after 1 January 1988? Florida requires a Boating Safety Education ID for these craft. Sort it before the day — the FAQ spells it out.

Deposit is a hold
Any refundable deposit is authorised on the renter's card before handover — a hold, not a charge when you hit Request a Booking.

What a day actually means.
Sunrise to sunset
Florida law prohibits running a personal watercraft from half an hour after sunset until half an hour before sunrise. So a day here means daylight — roughly eight hours in winter, ten in summer.
