Legal

Privacy policy.

This page covers the booking form on premierwavesandwheelsfl.com and any texts you ask us to send. It does not invent a storefront address — we are a delivery business based in Naples, Florida.

Effective 1 September 2026

Who we are

Premier Waves & Wheels rents exotic cars and personal watercraft, and brokers yacht charter, delivered across Naples and Southwest Florida.

Questions about this policy: call or text (239) 877-1569, or email bookings@premierwavesandwheelsfl.com.

What we collect

When you use the booking form we collect:

  • name
  • email address
  • telephone number
  • the vehicle or vessel you asked about
  • requested rental dates
  • the free-text message you typed
  • whether you ticked the box to receive texts, and the consent version shown on the form at that moment

The server also sees ordinary request metadata (IP address, coarse location from the edge network, browser, and the page you came from) so we can run the site and investigate abuse.

At handover we may also need to look at a driver licence and proof of insurance. Those are operational checks, not fields on this website.

How we use it

We use this information to answer a booking request, confirm availability, arrange delivery, and — only if you opted in — send texts about that booking and occasional offers. We do not use a booking request as consent to market to you by text.

Text messages

If you opt in, Premier Waves & Wheels may text the number you entered about your booking and occasional offers. Frequency is described on the form (roughly 2–4 messages a month). Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of renting.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Reply STOP to leave the list. Reply HELP for help. You can also call or text (239) 877-1569 or email bookings@premierwavesandwheelsfl.com. Any reasonable request to stop — not only the word STOP — is treated as an opt-out.

Who we share it with

A booking has to reach us. That means the details you submit are stored and forwarded through the services that host this site, hold the booking record, and notify us that a request arrived. Those are hosting, storage, and operations categories — not a sale of your information, and not a marketing list.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may disclose records when the law requires it, including to law enforcement inspecting rental records.

We do not sell personal information.

Do Not Track

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals. This site does not run a third-party advertising pixel.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page and leave a short note here for at least 30 days so a returning visitor can see that it moved.
